These bands are great quality and very strong. The only thing I don't like is they kinda dig into my skin and pinches a bit when I'm doing hip thrust. The cloth ones do not. I'm sure they just need to used more to break them in. Otherwise, I am happy with them.

I really like the bands. My only beef with them is that they are skinny and when using them, it kinda hurts when pulled tight. I think if the width was wider it might hurt less.

I have purchased bands in stores, purchased through Amazon, and until I found these, I've been disappointed. They are never really what I'm looking for. They are cheap or the material is not flexible or strong, one set literally snapped apart in workouts...
These are different, serious good quality bands in 3 different "weights".
They arrived in a nice mesh bag, individually wrapped...I was impressed from the moment I opened the package.
I follow Rauvesuave on Instagram, and thought I'd try the product that I see him use in training videos... because he really works his clients hard.
